Important: UK customers paying by Credit
Card. Please make sure you select Outside US and Canada
from the State or Province dropdown menu and Country United
Kingdom.
Other know problems - if you are transferred back to the billing information page it generally means that you may have entered some of their billing information incorrectly. It is very important that you enter your full credit card number WITHOUT any spaces or dashes. If you enter spaces or dashes the number will not be recognized and they will be transferred back to a blank billing information page. Many customers will also attempt to submit their order without an email address or phone number. The customer must fill in all required fields before the order can be completed.

The tutorial CD shop has been divided into four product groups:
Photoshop Video Tutorial CDs, Photoshop Project CDs, Special
Offer and Mac Quicktime CD/DVD. You will find a selection
of tutorial CDs under each heading eg. Photoshop Video Tutorial
CDs contains video CDs 1 - 10 (including the popular CS DVD)
whilst Photoshop Project CDs contains project subjects such
as Portrait CD and CD2, Montage CD and Out of the Frame. Be
sure to check out the Special Offer section too where you'll
find some great savings on Multiply purchases.
Registration
When you click on Check Out you will be asked to Register..
but why I hear you say! Well, we are very pleased to find
that most people who purchase a tutorials return to buy more, and
registering will just help speed up the process the next time
you return. The details are also used as your login/password
when using purchasing the downloadable videos.
Is my registration secure and confidential?
Safeguarding your personal information is very important. We never share or pass on your personal information with any organizations or sites.
Multiple Purchases
We can now offer you saving when you buy more than one CD
or choose a set of CDs. So how does this work? Simply browse
through the CDs and make a note of the CDs you wish to order
eg: CD6, CD10 and Portrat CD2. Now under the Specail Offer
section choose 'Any 3 Photoshop Tutorial CD's of your choice'
and click Add to Cart then Checkout. At the bottom of the
Address page you will see a Comments box. Enter the names
of the CDs you wish you order and click continue. We will
then confirm your choice of CDs by e-mail.
Downloadable videos
Video tutorials can now be downloaded. Just select the video
tutorials you wish to purchase using Add to Cart then Checkout
to take you through the purchase process. You will be sent
order confirmation and on the bottom of this e-mail you will
find the links, 'Download URL'. Click on this link and your
registration details will be shown in the login windows. The
download will the start this link will expire after a couple
of days.
Policies
Legal compliance
This returns and refunds policy is in accordance with the
EU Distance Selling Directive which came into force in October
2000 and is part of UK law under the Consumer Protection (Distance
Selling) Regulations 2000. This law applies to all transactions
within the UK where a consumer does not meet the vendor. Contracts
between businesses are not governed by these regulations.
Your rights as a consumer
In accordance with the law, you have a 7 day 'cooling off
period' in which you have the right to cancel your purchase
and receive a full refund. We will accept returns within 30
days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return
shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
How to cancel within the 7 day cooling off
period
Should you wish to cancel your purchase within the 7 days
'cooling off' period, please email us at: sales@davrodigital.co.uk.
We are based in the UK.
We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged during
transit. You are advised to wrap the product carefully to
avoid damage. You are also advised to return goods by recorded
delivery, registered post, or by courier. Proof of postage
will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Please remember
to give us your name and address, and a copy of your purchase
receipt.
Refunds for unwanted goods
Providing that unwanted goods are received by us in unused,
unopened and resaleable condition within 30 days of delivery,
we will refund payment for the goods. Orders placed by credit
or debit card from this website will be refunded directly
to your credit or debit card. Orders placed by other means
will be refunded by cheque. These refunds will be made within
30 days of return of goods.
